REGULATIONS CONCERNING PAYMENT OF FEES:

 

Please keep these in mind for the entire time that you are registered with the studio.

By registering with my studio and signing the contract, you undertake to fulfill these conditions:

 

1). Fees are payable strictly IN ADVANCE.
2). Pupils who pay monthly must pay by the 15th of the month or else are liable for a
10% surcharge for each month that the fees are late.
3). Pupils who pay termly must pay within the first month of the term or else be liable for
a 10% surcharge for each term that the fees are late.
4). Pupils must give a month’s written notice of their intention to leave the studio permanently
or else pay a month’s fees in lieu of notice.
5). Pupils must pay fees in full until they permanently leave the studio
6). If pupils pay termly, they are entitled to two and a half month’s tuition. If these pupils
attend classes in the holidays, they are liable to pay fees for the extra classes.
7). The termly newsletter will remind you about fees due plus you will receive an
individual invoice for fees due for the term which you can pay off monthly.
8). If you pay monthly, please note that you are liable to pay for two and a half months
(10 weeks), which is what the termly payers are doing.
9). Please place your fees in one of the plastic bank bags provided in the payment bag
together with the payment slip filled out with ALL the details and place into the bag..

 

N.B. I WILL NOT CONSIDER YOUR FEES AS PAID BY THIS METHOD UNLESS

YOU GIVE ME PROOF OF PAYMENT so please give me a copy of your deposit

slip if you do this and list EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE PAID FOR.

 

Give the PUPIL’S NAME IN FULL as a reference if doing an EFT.

Please DO NOT deposit cash into my account as I then have to pay a fee for this

which I will be recovering from you.
