TIMETABLE
*The focus in every class will be on working on the SABOD syllabus which gives you the option of doing exams but there are benefits on many levels to having you develop your skills and technique which the syllabus work provides. In addition each class will be working on dances for our studio show and some classes will be preparing for the Showcase of Dance and the National Hip Hop Championships.
I provide morning classes at my home studio in Plumstead for teacher training.
DIRECTIONS
WYNBERG STUDIO:
Approaching from Claremont: Go up the hill on Newlands Road from the circle near Paradise Motors. At the top of the hill the road forks into Hershel Walk and Tennant Road. Take the left fork into Tennant Road. Proceed till you get to a set of robots on the corner of Tennant Road and Aliwal Road. Turn right into Aliwal Road and immediately right into Oxford Road. Half way down Oxford Road turn left into the gates of the Wynberg Boys’ Junior School. Drive down between the school buildings—you will find the fields in front of you. The road will curve around the school and will take you to a parking lot. The door to the gym where I teach is at the top right hand corner of the parking lot.
OR: From Main Road, Wynberg, get into Riverstone Road which is across the road from the Maynard Mall. Riverstone Road becomes Tennant Road. Turn left into Aliwal and right into Oxford Road.
OR: From the Wynberg Magistrates’ Court, turn right into Aliwal Road and left into Oxford Road.
MICKLEFIELD SCHOOL:
This is situated in Rondebosch on corner of Sandown and Wood Roads and caters mainly for the pupils of the school though I can take pupils of other schools into my classes at Micklefield.
RONDEBOSCH BOY SCOUT HALL:
This is just behind Micklefield School and is accessed from Lea Road which comes off Sandown Road.
